Island Baby Rentals is dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, and convenient solutions for families vacationing on the island. Our mission is to enhance family experiences by offering thoughtfully curated baby gear that meets the diverse needs of parents.

Delivery and pick up

We offer ​Free delivery to the whole island except the airport. There will be a $30 round trip delivery fee to the airport, including drop off and pick up. Most deliveries occur between 8am and 6 pm. We will do our best to match your requested delivery time. Please let us know if there is any change in your arrival and departure times. Your orders will be left on the cover porch/ a safe location (weather permitting, cover in waterproof bags if rainy) or inside the front door if unlocked. 

The first delivery is free, additional deliveries will have a fee of $30 when you require additional items to be delivered in the later days during your trip. 

On departure day, please leave all the items inside the front door (if unlocked) or outside under a covered porch( weather permitting) in a safe location. If we arrive at the agreed pick-up time and the items are not ready and require us to return at a later time, a $50 fee will be billed. 

Items should be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. All parts of the items should be returned together the same as they were dropped off. If an item or a part of an item is missing, damaged/broken during your rental period, please let us know as soon as possible so we can have time to replace the items and inform the next family.

What can I expect from Island baby rentals?

Most of our baby gears are brand new and all are in great condition. We keep our equipment up to date and renew them every year. We have a variety of top brands and parents’ favorites. We used organic and non-toxic cleansers to clean and sanitize all equipment in between each rental. 

Does Island Baby Rentals set up items? 

Unfortunately we are unable to set up or install items.  However, we will guide you or provide instructions on how to set up or install anything you need. 

Minimum 3 days order and minimum of $75 each order

There is a 3 days minimum requirement for each order. We will coordinate with you on the drop off and pick up time if you need the items for only 1 day or 2 days. However You will still be charged for 3 days when you only need the items for less than 3 days. 

We also have a minimum of $75 for each order, in order to make it worth the trip to drop off and pick up small items. If your order total is less than $75 dollars, you will still be charged $75. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Cancellations that occur at least seven days before the rental starts will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel less than seven days but more than 3 days before the rental starts, you will receive a 50% percent refund of all applicable fees. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 3 days of the rental starting.

If you have to remove any items from your order, there will be no charge for those items and you will be refunded for the removed items. However, there is a minimum of 3 days and a minimum of $75 for each order. 

What if the equipment is lost or damaged?

If any equipment is lost or damaged, please let us know as early as possible so that we can inform the next family and replace the items.  You will be charged the item's retail price to cover replacement. We kindly ask that you return the gear in the same condition as it was delivered to you. There will be exceptions only if it’s for a few pieces missing or broken from a set, for example- beach toys.

How do you clean the equipment?

Island Baby Rental items are inspected and deep cleaned after every pickup and then inspected and sanitized again before the next delivery. We use organic and/or non-toxic cleaning products, following a thorough top to bottom, 360 degree and in every nook and cranny cleaning process.
